Zircon Precision Products, LLC is a customer focused, service organization, providing precision-machined products to its customers. It is our policy to provide these products at a price that reflects the best value for our customers and for the profitability of the company. Executive management will provide resources and support employee involvement for new ideas to improve processes, customer service and employee working conditions.
Company objectives include measuring our continual improvement in all areas of our business. This will include measurements of successes & processes, quality and delivery performance, customer service and the profitability of the company. Zircon has set the following objectives for the processes within our Quality Management System. Some of our objectives include, but are not limited to, the following:
– Maintain registration to the ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards.
– 97% on time delivery.
– Supplier defect rate at or below 3% of total number of parts received.
– Customer Return rate at or below 1% of toal number of parts shipped.
– Internal defect rate at or below 3% of parts made.
– Maintain a customer satisfaction index of at least 4 (on a 1-5 scale)
We will never knowingly ship a defective product to our customer. We will not let our delivery schedule drive us to ship bad product. Company employees and management are committed to the ISO 9001 and AS9100 Standards and to the continual improvement of our Quality Management System.
3rd Party Registration
Zircon Precision Products has been 3rd Party Registered for AS9100 and ISO 9000 since 2003 when we passed our first audit. Our Quality Management System keeps us accountable for how we do business and how we improve our business.
