1.) REQUIREMENTS: All specifications, materials and drawings referenced
on purchase orders require the latest revision in effect on the date of
purchase order unless otherwise specified.

2.) QUALITY SYSTEM: Supplier's Quality System shall conform to the
requirements of MIL-I-45208, MIL-Q-9858, AS9100 or ISO 9001 and is
subject to inspection and/or survey approval by Zircon Precision Products
Quality Department.

3.) CALIBRATION SYSTEM: Supplier's Calibration System shall conform
to the requirements of MIL-STD-45662, ANSI-Z540.1 or ISO 10012 and is
subject to inspection and/or survey approval by Zircon Precision Products
Quality Department.

4.) CERTIFICATION and/or CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE: Supplier shall
furnish a minimum of one copy of certifications for each product shipment
as required by purchase order, customer requirements, engineering
drawings and specification. Certifications must have printed or typed
name, date, title, signature of authorized company personnel and
reference Zircon Precision Product's purchase order number.

5.) MERCURY FREE CONTAMINATION CERTIFICATION: The supplier shall
furnish certification stating that material was not exposed to or does not
contain functional mercury per customer flow down requirements and
Zircon Precision Products purchase order.

6.) FIRST ARTICLE INSPECTION REPORT: The supplier shall provide a
complete dimensional FAIR with actual findings recorded as required by
Zircon Precision Product's purchase order and/or flow down requirements
per AS9102 (latest revision).

7.) This is a Honeywell Engines, Systems, and Services procurement. The
supplier must meet the requirements of Honeywell Supplemental
Purchase Order Conditions Manual (current revision) SPOC 002.

8.) This is an Eaton Aerospace procurement. The supplier must meet the
requirements of Eaton Aerospace Supplier Quality Work Instructions
SQW- 7.4.04 (current revision).

9.) This is a Parker Hannifin procurement. The suppler must meet the
requirements of Parker Hannifin Quality Assurance Requirements, Parker
Aerospace Suppliers P9112 (current revision).
